This error appears if the cookies-management of your browser has been set to restrictive. In order to solve the problem you must allow temporary session-cookies.
- In internet Explorer you will find this setting in the menu "extras" under "internet-options". Set the cursor under "Security" to "Medium" (default setting).
Optionally you can deactivate the automatic cookie-management under "Additional", block all cookies and activate the option "Always allow session-cookies".
- In Firefox you will find a similar setting in the menu "Extras" under "Settings". There is also the option "Security", click the "+" in front of the Cookies and activate the option "Accept Cookies".
In case you are using AOL or T-Online Browsers: these two browsers do not support sessions. Please use Internet Explorer or Firefox web-browser instead.
